3. Credit Card Periodic Debit Arrangement:

An alternative payment plan is to download and complete the Credit Card Debit Authority and we can arrange a periodic debit from your credit card on a monthly basis for the duration of your tuition term or semester.

 

If you choose this payment method, please download the form by clicking on the above green coloured link, print the form on your local printer, complete it in your hand writing and send back to us either by fax on 03 9005 9538 or place the completed and signed form in an envelope and send to our mailing address:

If you have difficulty downloading this credit card debit authority form or don't have a local printer to be able to print it, please call us on 1300 786 234 and we will send a copy to your mailing address via Express Post.
